Soi is a return to Thailand and a departure from your usual Thai food. Chef/Owner Yuie Wiborg’s vision for Soi includes a focus on the North Eastern region of Isan and preparing food bolan, the traditional way. Food from Isan is funky, fragrant, and spicy. Soi’s dedication to excellence doesn’t end in the kitchen but extends to its bar program. Thai people’s love of whiskey has inspired Soi’s extensive collection of whiskeys. The bar program also features craft and classic cocktails prepared with traditional techniques and subtle Thai flavors. All these elements combine to make dining at Soi a unique experience in Washington.
